Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 15, 2026 | Last Updated: June 23, 2026
1. Introduction and Scope
Nexa Leads ("Nexa Leads," "we," "our," or "us") operates a performance-based lead-generation and pay-per-call affiliate network (the "Network") connecting publishers and advertisers across home-services verticals, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, appliance repair, garage doors, locksmith, and pest control. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information when you interact with our websites (www.nexaleads.net and related domains), landing pages, web forms, call-routing systems, and any other service we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services immediately.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the categories of personal information described below. We do not collect information we do not need, and we minimize collection where possible.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Contact and identification data: full name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number.
- Service-request data: the home-service vertical you are interested in, a description of your need or project, your ZIP or postal code, your preferred contact time, and any other information you voluntarily include in a form submission.
- Call recordings and transcripts: when you call a Nexa Leads-tracked phone number, we may record the call and generate a transcript for quality assurance, fraud prevention, and lead-validation purposes.
- Publisher and advertiser account data: if you register as a publisher or buyer/advertiser on the Network, we collect business contact details, tax identification numbers, payment information, and login credentials.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Call data: originating phone number (ANI), dialed number (DNIS), call duration, call timestamp, call routing path, and ring time.
- Device and browser information: IP address, user-agent string, operating system, browser type and version, device type, screen resolution, and language preferences.
- Usage data: referring URL, pages visited, time spent on each page, scroll depth, clicks, and other interaction events.
- Geolocation data: approximate location derived from your IP address (city and state-level only).
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect personal information through the following channels:
- Inbound telephone calls: when you dial a Nexa Leads-tracked phone number displayed on a publisher's website, advertisement, or landing page. Our call-routing platform (including Ringba and similar providers) captures call detail records and, where disclosed, records the call.
- Landing pages and web forms: when you submit your information on a Nexa Leads-owned or publisher-operated landing page or web form that feeds into our Network.
- Tracking pixels and scripts: we deploy first-party and third-party tracking technologies on our websites and landing pages to collect usage data and measure campaign performance.
- Publisher and advertiser integrations: when publishers or advertisers transmit lead data to us via API, postback, or file transfer.
- Direct communication: when you email, call, or otherwise contact our support or compliance teams.
4. How We Use Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes:
- Lead routing and delivery: to connect your service request or phone call with a verified buyer/advertiser in the relevant home-services vertical and geographic area.
- Quality assurance and call monitoring: to review call recordings and lead data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with our quality standards.
- Fraud prevention and network integrity: to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, spam, or non-compliant traffic — including robocalls, auto-dialed calls, incentivized leads, and co-registration spam.
- Analytics and performance measurement: to analyze conversion rates, call duration, lead quality, publisher performance, and buyer return on investment.
- Marketing optimization: to improve our landing pages, ad creative, call-routing logic, and targeting strategies.
- Billing and reconciliation: to calculate amounts owed to publishers and amounts due from buyers based on verified calls and leads delivered.
- Legal and compliance obligations: to respond to lawful requests from law enforcement, regulators, or courts; to enforce our Terms of Service; and to defend against legal claims.
- Communications: to respond to your inquiries, provide support, and — where you have given prior express written consent — send marketing communications via email, SMS, or telephone in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
5. How We Share and Disclose Information
We share personal information with the following categories of recipients:
- Verified buyers and advertisers: when you submit a service request or place a call, we share your contact information and service-request details with the specific buyer/advertiser matched to your inquiry so they may contact you regarding the product or service you expressed interest in. Buyers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and in compliance with applicable law.
- Call-routing and telecommunications platforms: including Ringba and similar infrastructure providers that facilitate call tracking, routing, recording, and analytics. These providers process call data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
- Analytics and advertising partners: we use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) and advertising platforms to measure and optimize campaign performance. These partners may collect data via cookies and pixels as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Service providers: vendors that assist us with hosting, data storage, customer support, email delivery, payment processing, and compliance monitoring. Each provider is bound by contract to process data only as instructed by us and to implement appropriate security measures.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: we may disclose information when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity as part of the transaction.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not share personal information with data brokers or list brokers for their own marketing purposes. Publishers in our Network do not receive your personal information; they direct traffic to our landing pages and phone numbers but do not access lead-level data.
6. Call Recording and Monitoring
Inbound calls to Nexa Leads-tracked phone numbers may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, lead validation, fraud detection, and compliance purposes. A disclosure notice is provided at the beginning of each recorded call where required by applicable law. Call recordings are stored securely, access is limited to authorized personnel and the matched buyer, and recordings are retained in accordance with our data-retention schedule (Section 11). By placing a call to a Nexa Leads-tracked number after hearing the recording disclosure, you consent to the recording.
7. TCPA Compliance and Marketing Consent
Nexa Leads requires all publishers and buyers in its Network to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and its implementing regulations. Key requirements include:
- Buyers and advertisers may only contact you via telephone, SMS, or prerecorded message if you have provided prior express written consent — typically by submitting a web form with a clear and conspicuous disclosure and an affirmative opt-in checkbox, or by affirmatively consenting during a recorded call.
- You may revoke consent at any time by informing the caller, by contacting the buyer directly, or by contacting us at the details below.
- Nexa Leads does not itself originate telemarketing calls or text messages to consumers; the buyers who receive your lead are responsible for their own TCPA compliance.
- Nexa Leads prohibits the use of auto-dialers, robocalls, and prerecorded messages on its Network unless the caller has obtained prior express written consent meeting TCPA standards.
If you believe you have received an unwanted call or text originating from a Nexa Leads-generated lead, please contact us immediately at Nexaleads.co@gmail.com with the date, time, and phone number called so we can investigate and take corrective action.
8. Your Privacy Rights
8.1 General Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Opt-out of sale/sharing: we do not sell personal information, but you may still submit a formal opt-out request.

- Portability: request a structured, machine-readable copy of your data where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at Nexaleads.co@gmail.com or call 0309-0830056. We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law — typically 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension for complex requests.
8.2 California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants you the following additional rights:

- Right to correct: you may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale and sharing: we do not sell personal information as defined under California law, nor do we share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may still submit an opt-out preference signal via your browser or device.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those permitted by the CCPA/CPRA.
- Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your California privacy rights.
To exercise your California rights, email Nexaleads.co@gmail.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject line, or call 0309-0830056. We will verify your identity by matching at least two data points you provide against our records. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will require written authorization from you and will verify the agent's identity.
8.3 GDPR Rights (European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland)
While Nexa Leads is a US-based network focused on US consumers, if you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and your personal data is processed by us, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its UK and Swiss equivalents:
- Right of access (Art. 15): obtain confirmation as to whether we process your personal data, and access to that data along with information about processing purposes, categories, recipients, and retention.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16): have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay.
- Right to erasure (Art. 17): request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten") where one of the statutory grounds applies.
- Right to restrict processing (Art. 18): restrict processing while a dispute about accuracy, lawfulness, or objection is resolved.
- Right to data portability (Art. 20): receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Right to object (Art. 21): object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling.
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7): withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Our legal bases for processing under the GDPR are: (a) consent (for marketing communications and call recording), (b) legitimate interests (for lead routing, fraud prevention, analytics, and network operations), and (c) compliance with legal obligations. To exercise your GDPR rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at Nexaleads.co@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. Our retention periods are as follows:
- Lead and call data (including call recordings): retained for 24 months from the date of submission or call, unless a longer period is required by a buyer contract, legal hold, or regulatory obligation.
- Publisher and advertiser account data: retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 5 years after termination, for tax, audit, and legal purposes.
- Website usage data and analytics: retained for 14 to 26 months depending on the analytics platform's settings.
- Fraud and compliance records: retained indefinitely where necessary to protect the Network from repeat offenders.
- Do-not-call and opt-out lists: retained indefinitely to ensure continued suppression.
At the end of the applicable retention period, personal information is either securely deleted or anonymized so it can no longer be associated with an individual.
10. Data Security
We implement and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal information. These measures include:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.2+ and data at rest using AES-256.
- Role-based access controls with least-privilege principles; access to personal data is limited to employees and contractors who require it for their job function.
- Multi-factor authentication for administrative systems.
- Regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
- Employee training on data privacy and security obligations.
- Incident response and breach notification procedures consistent with applicable law.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to or intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or disclose personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verified parental consent, we will promptly delete it. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
12. International Data Transfers
Nexa Leads is based in the United States, and all personal information we collect is processed and stored on servers located in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your country of residence. By using the Services, you consent to such transfer and processing. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable data-protection law.
13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the revised Policy on this page with a new "Effective Date" or "Last Updated" date, and — where required by law — by providing additional notice via email or a prominent notice on our website.
